01Chief Executive Officer
A San Diego native, Andy began helping at his family’s grocery store at five and acquired his first convenience store at 21. His portfolio now spans over 40 businesses and 400 employees. Outside work, he enjoys golf and family life with his wife and two children.
02Store Purchasing Manager
Mark brings more than 15 years of retail and restaurant experience. Since joining in 2020, he has focused on procurement, strong supplier relationships and stocking stores with products customers want.
03Chief Operations Officer
Kevin started in family retail at seven and owned a liquor mart and pizza restaurant by 23. Joining in 2014, he helped grow Stars & Stripes from one to 12 locations and became an equity partner in five. He is married with three children.
